How to cook pig's feet stew
Ingredients
- 1 kg pork leg
- 1⁄2 cup vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup soy sauce
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 4 tsp brown sugar
- 1 bay leaf
- 10 black pepper corns
- salt
Cooking instructions
- Clean the pork leg and chop depending on preferred size.
- Mix the vinegar, garlic, pepper and water together.
- Add the pork.
- Boil until meat becomes tender.
- Add more water if necessary.
- Mix so it won't stick.
- Add soy sauce, sugar, bay leaf, and black pepper.
- Boil until meat becomes cooked.
- Season with salt.
