How to cook pork adobo
Ingredients
- 11⁄2 kg pork, cut in cubes
- 8 cloves garlic, minced
- 1⁄2 cup soy sauce
- 1⁄2 cup vinegar
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
Cooking instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients, except the cooking oil, in a pot and marinade the meat for 20-30 minutes.
- Heat the cooking oil in a pan and add the meat with the marinade and brown the meat on all sides for 45 minutes.
- Then place in serving dish.
